We have made a few modifications to our class schedule, and have included a brand new program in addition to our Jiu Jitsu class! 😃✔
Classes will run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, with kids classes from 5:30 PM to 6:15 PM. Adult class will start at 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

We will have our traditional Jiu jitsu classes on Tuesday and Wednesday.🤼♂️ Classes will have an emphasis on Self defence, Throws, Take downs and more. There will be no prolonged grappling or Open Mats at this time.
On Monday and Thursday we will offer a Jiu jitsu integrated fitness and conditioning class.🏋️♀️ This class will be a no contact class.
It will emphasize strengthening and conditioning the body, blended with Jiu jitsu style workouts. 💪
This class will benefit those who also attend our traditional Jiu jitsu classes, as well as individuals who wish to get back into Jiu jitsu but would prefer a class that has no physical contact between people at this time.
Students may attend either, or both of these classes we are offering.👍
